Coding demystified. PYTHON coding beginners foundation

A hands on, one on one coding class personalized for the learner.

Everyone can code.  Everyone should learn.  Programming build logic thinking, and problem solving tenacity.

From zero to a coder.  This 8 week class will use a small class format.  Every student will become familiar with fundamental principles including variables, if statement, loop, and input/output.   Class assignment will be graded and feedback will be provided to students. 

The class will ensure that every student will become a coder, ready for next level of advancement.

The eight week syllabus include:

1. Introduce to the platform.

2. The If statement

3. The repeat statement and cycles

4. The variables and parameters

5. Sorting algorithm

6. The functions

7. The object oriented programming concept

8. Final project presentation

The classes will focus on logic and the algorithms initially, including sorting and data table use.

Class duration: 8 weeks, once a week, 9/8/2024 start.  $40/session, plus individual requested office hours and help session (unlimited).
